We are one of Nebraska's premiere custom home builders, founded in 1992 by Bob Benes, and are well-known and respected in the Lincoln and Waverly areas. We are a member of the Home Builders Association of Lincoln (HBAL). We have built 100's of different floor plans, from semi-custom to fully custom, in over a dozen subdivisions over the last 20+ years. We have a library of floor plans to choose from, or we will work with you to custom build the house you have always wanted. Our on-staff interior designer will walk you through all the customization options as you go along and guide you through each selection meeting one step at a time.
