She is also a certified kitchen designer (CKD) through the National Kitchen & Bath Association. Other designations earned through the National Association of Home Builders (NAHB) include Certified Graduate Builder, and Certified Green Builder and Certified Aging in Place Specialist. ​ It is this unique combination of design and construction knowledge in one package that affords the client the “Ultimate” design-build experience. As an active licensed REALTOR, she is a member of the Omaha Area Board of REALTORS. Her work as both an interior designer and REALTOR has earned her numerous awards and citations. Her daughter, Chrissy Sakkas, also a licensed REALTOR has joined her in the business.
