This is why we give you an overview of the process upfront, ensuring you know what to expect, and then MANAGE each step FOR YOU. We are an intimate builder that works with our clients very closely to ensure our customers needs are met from beginning to end. Our first meeting is to discuss your vision and budget. All of our clients are provided a personal web page that allows them to stay connected 24/7. This allows our clients to log on via a secure web portal and see current budget and next steps within the building process. In addition to access to your project anytime you want, you will work directly with the owner Matt Kronaizl and our professional design staff who will guide you through the multitude of design decisions, offering you the best options and solutions every step of the way.
