In business since 2003, Smetter Custom Homes, Inc. is a design-build company that specializes in truly
custom homes. Building top quality homes at an affordable price is our first priority. We have built over
100 homes in Lincoln and surrounding areas. Attention to detail and superior craftsmanship are the
centerpiece of our company.
At Smetter Custom Homes we believe that taking care of our clients today will pay off 10 fold in the future.
That’s why when we’re building a custom home for you we care about your input. We want you to assist
in the details of the lighting, the wall colors, the carpeting. No task is too big or too small. We understand
what the custom in Smetter Custom Homes stands for, and we want you to love your dream home.
